Please call the BUSINESS NUMBER, 478.335.6093, at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you are going to be late to determine if you will need to reschedule. Texting or calling the cell number is not considered an appropriate form of contact to cancel or reschedule your appointment during working hours. Working hours are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday between 9am and 6pm, unless advised of schedule changes. Calling the BUSINESS number will result in an expedited response. If you call or arrive after your scheduled time, your appointment is subject to be rescheduled. A $5 fee will be assessed.
When or if you are unable to keep your appointment and you do not call to cancel or reschedule before 24 hours prior to your appointment, there will be a $20 non-cancellation fee due before any services are scheduled or rendered.
The returned check fee is $35. If there is a returned check, another method of payment is required for all future services.
INCLUDE ALL SERVICE REQUEST AT THE TIME YOU SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT to allot enough time for all service to be performed in a timely manner. Services performed will be determined by the health of the hair before, during, and after service is rendered. Some services may require additional maintenance before and/ or after the service is rendered. ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUESTED AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT WILL BE DETERMINED BY STYLIST.
All services have to be performed on clean hair no exceptions.
If you have taken out your own braids or a sew in, make sure you hair is thoroughly detangled before you arrive for your appointment. If the shampoo assistant has to detangle your hair, an additional fee of $10 will be assessed. If hair is severely tangled, a $15 fee will be assessed.
Pricing for Keratin services depend upon the length and thickness of the hair. Keratin services are guaranteed with proper care and the use of the recommended shampoo and conditioner with the keratin systems used. Infusion treatment last from shampoo to shampoo. Intense Rx treatment last from 4 to 6 weeks. Full keratin treatments last up to 3 months.
A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EXTENSION SERVICES. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! $50&UP
Hair Installation with proper care should last from 6 to 8 weeks. Any longer than 8 weeks is not recommended and could result in damage to the hair. Hair enhancements left longer than 8 weeks will be assessed an additional $20& up fee for removal.
Refer all questions concerning the health of your hair to the stylist. The shampoo assistants have a general knowledge of hair but may not have the knowledge for your hair needs.
Updates in education and procedure may require changes from time to time. Please remain open to change as new techniques are implemented for healthy hair and time management.

Best options for treatment and frequency will be determined by stylist after consultation.
Service visits (up to three) may include in addition to shampoo, a steam or protein treatment, clean scalp treatment, conditioning treatments and trim/cut as needed. Any chemical service needed will not be included in pricing. Extensions are not recommended as we strive for optimum hair health.
Cost $310 and must be paid in full to secure contracted treatment plan, appointments and is nonrefundable/transferable. No exceptions. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
